Withdrawal from the contract – start

If you bought Easy Form Studio as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The quickest way is the link above: fill in the form and confirm, and you receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail straight away.

Who has the right of withdrawal

You have the right of withdrawal if you are a consumer, that is, a natural person buying for purposes outside your trade, business or profession. Companies and sole traders buying for their business do not have this statutory right.

The 14-day period

• Monthly and yearly subscription: the period runs from the day the contract is concluded, which is the day of the order. For an order with a free trial, this is the day the trial started.
• Lifetime licence: the period runs from the day of purchase, subject to the exception below.

You meet the deadline if you send your withdrawal statement before the period ends.

Lifetime licence: loss of the right of withdrawal

We deliver the lifetime licence immediately after payment. When buying, you tick a separate box to expressly request that delivery of the licence starts immediately and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we confirm this again in the order confirmation e-mail. Once the licence key has been delivered to you, you no longer have the right of withdrawal.

If you did not give this request and acknowledgement, or we did not confirm them by e-mail, you have the 14-day right of withdrawal for the lifetime licence too.

Subscription: free trial and proportionate amount

• Subscription with a free trial (bought on the website): the trial lasts 14 days, as long as the withdrawal period. If you withdraw in time, you pay nothing, just as when you cancel the subscription during the trial. When the trial turns into a paid subscription, no new withdrawal period starts.
• Subscription without a free trial (one you, as an existing customer, buy again from the add-on after the previous one has ended): when ordering, you tick a separate box to request that the subscription starts immediately. If you withdraw within 14 days, you pay only a proportionate part of the price for the time from the start of the subscription until the day you sent us your withdrawal, and we refund the rest.

Withdrawal is not the same as cancelling a subscription. You can cancel at any time in the add-on (EFS → Account → Cancel subscription) or by e-mail: the subscription then runs until the end of the paid period and is not renewed, and there is no refund for a period that has started. Withdrawal within 14 days ends the contract immediately, and we refund you as described above.

How to withdraw

1. With the withdrawal function at https://api-staging.easyformstudio.com/withdrawal/: enter your name, the e-mail address you used to buy and the contract (plan and order date; the licence key is optional), then confirm.
2. By e-mail to easyformstudio@gmail.com or by post to CODEVO, obrt za računalne i druge usluge, vl. Ivan Babić, Krotovica 16, 10040 Zagreb, Croatia, with a clear statement that you withdraw from the contract. Give your name, your address and your phone number or e-mail address. You may use the model withdrawal form (PDF), but you do not have to.

What happens next

• We confirm receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail without delay, with its content and the date and time we received it.
• We refund you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement, using the same means of payment you used (your card), unless you expressly agree otherwise. The refund costs you nothing.
• The licence ends: a subscription is cancelled with no further charges, and exports in the program are locked.

If the program does not work as it should

Separately from the right of withdrawal, if Easy Form Studio does not work as agreed, you have statutory rights for lack of conformity of digital content: you can ask for the defect to be fixed, for a price reduction or to terminate the contract. See the Terms and Conditions.
