In short: Easy Form Studio is sold by CODEVO, the sole trader business of Ivan Babić in Zagreb, Croatia. You choose a monthly subscription (19 EUR), a yearly subscription (149 EUR) or a lifetime licence (499 EUR, paid once). A subscription bought on the website starts with 14 days free and then turns into a paid subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. As a consumer you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days (section 15). For a subscription with a free trial, that period lasts as long as the trial, so withdrawing in time costs nothing. With a lifetime licence you lose that right if you asked for delivery to start immediately.

A Croatian sole trader business (obrt) has no separate legal personality, so the party to your contract is Ivan Babić as the owner of the business. In these terms we call him “we” or “the seller”. Easy Form Studio is the name of the product.

The seller is not registered for VAT (section 4).

2. Subject and acceptance

Easy Form Studio is furniture design software: cabinets, wardrobes and kitchens, cutting lists in Excel and PDF, DXF, MPR and CIX files for CNC machines, labels, quotes, assembly instructions, publishing 3D projects on the web, an AI design assistant, and render and AR.

These terms govern buying and using a licence for Easy Form Studio: the monthly subscription, the yearly subscription and the lifetime licence. They cover the Blender add-on, the EasyFormStudio app, updates, the licence check, the AI assistant, web publishing and support.

You accept these terms and the Privacy Policy by ticking the box on the order page. This version applies to contracts concluded from 1 October 2026 onwards. It applies to subscriptions concluded earlier after the notice described in section 19. Customers who bought earlier keep the licence scope they bought (section 8).

Easy Form Studio is bought by consumers and by business customers. A consumer is an individual who buys outside their trade, business or profession. Rules marked as rules for consumers apply only to consumers, and rules for business customers only to business customers. Everything else applies to everyone. These terms do not limit the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

The contract is concluded in Croatian or English, as you choose. Both versions are equally valid. If they differ, the interpretation more favourable to the consumer applies (Article 58(1) of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act).

3. How the contract is concluded

The contract is concluded at a distance, in four steps:

1. Choosing a plan on the website (Buy) or in the add-on (Account panel).
2. The order page on our server (https://api-staging.easyformstudio.com). It shows the plan and price per period, the free trial and renewal, the seller’s details and compatibility, and links to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the withdrawal instructions. You choose whether you are buying as a private individual or as a company or sole trader, from Croatia or from any other country. A company or sole trader enters its name, country and address; one from Croatia also its OIB, and a company from another country may enter its VAT number or tax number. You tick the required box to accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you buy as a private individual, for a lifetime licence and for a subscription without a free trial you also tick a separate box for your statement about the start of delivery (section 15). You place the order with the “Order with obligation to pay” button or, for a free trial, with a button that states the amount charged after 14 days.
3. Payment on the Stripe Checkout page (card and billing address). The page names the seller and what will be charged. You complete payment with the button on Stripe’s page.
4. Confirmation by e-mail, on a durable medium: your licence key, plan, price per period, trial end and renewal, how to cancel, the terms version, your statement about the start of delivery if you gave one, withdrawal instructions with a link to the withdrawal function, and information on complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution. Attached are a PDF of these terms and a PDF of the withdrawal instructions and form.

The contract is concluded when Stripe confirms your payment or, for a free trial, your card.

Before you place the order you see all the details in one place. You correct any mistakes directly in the form or with the “Back” link. Nothing is charged until you complete step 3.

We keep a record of every order: plan, accepted versions of the terms and the Privacy Policy, your statements, time, IP address and browser details. You receive the terms that applied to your purchase by e-mail. All versions stay online at an address containing the version date, for example https://staging.easyformstudio.com/terms-and-conditions/2026-09-13/.

4. Plans, prices and VAT

• Monthly subscription: 19 EUR per month, with a 14-day free trial (section 5).
• Yearly subscription: 149 EUR per year, with a 14-day free trial (section 5).
• Lifetime licence: 499 EUR once, no subscription, with all future updates.

All plans include every feature and every new version while the licence is valid. Only the AI assistant quota differs (section 11). With every plan you also get more than 300 real-world textures as a free bonus.

Prices are in euros and final; no VAT is added. Supplies are exempt from VAT under Article 90(1) of the Croatian VAT Act. The price shown on the order page is binding.

5. Payment, free trial, renewal and cancellation

Payment is by card only, through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others; Apple Pay and Google Pay count as card payments). We never see your card details. Promotion codes are not accepted.

Free trial. Monthly and yearly subscriptions you buy on the website start with 14 days free. A card is required to start. When the trial ends, it turns into a paid subscription and the first period (19 EUR or 149 EUR) is charged to your card automatically, unless you cancel before then. If you cancel during the trial, nothing is charged.

A subscription that you, as an existing customer, buy again from the add-on after the previous one has ended has no free trial. The first period is charged immediately.

Renewal. A subscription is paid in advance and renews automatically for the same period until you cancel it. It runs for an indefinite period, and after the trial your minimum commitment is one paid period (a month or a year).

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time in the add-on (EFS tab → Account → Cancel subscription) or by e-mail to easyformstudio@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period or of the trial, and you keep full access until then. We confirm the cancellation by e-mail. There is no refund for a period that has started, except on withdrawal (section 15) and in other cases provided by law (section 16).

Failed payment. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it automatically and we let you know by e-mail. You can change your card in the add-on (EFS tab → Account → Update payment card). Exports stay available for 7 more days after the end of the paid period and are then blocked until payment succeeds.

6. Changing plan and upgrading to lifetime

You can switch between the monthly and yearly subscription in the Account panel. The change takes effect at the end of the current paid period (during the trial, at the end of the trial), with no proration and no credit.

A plan change is a new order. Before you confirm it you see the new price, the date it applies from, renewal and how to cancel. You confirm with the “Order with obligation to pay” button and receive a confirmation by e-mail. You can undo a scheduled change until it takes effect.

You can upgrade to a lifetime licence from the Account panel. 499 EUR is charged immediately, and your subscription ends at the end of its paid period without further renewals. The rules for buying a lifetime licence apply to the upgrade, including section 15.

7. Price changes

We may change the price of a subscription only for these reasons: higher costs of servers and hosting, of the AI model or of payment processing, inflation, or a change in the seller’s tax status.

We announce a change by e-mail at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from the first billing period that starts after that. If you do not agree with it, you can cancel your subscription free of charge before it applies.

If the seller becomes registered for VAT, VAT is added to the price from that date. We announce this by e-mail at least 30 days in advance too, unless the obligation arises by law without the possibility of notice. In that case we tell you without delay.

A price change does not affect periods already paid or a lifetime licence already bought.

8. Licence

Easy Form Studio is protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive right to use it: for as long as the subscription runs, or permanently with a lifetime licence.

For contracts concluded under this version, the licence is for one user on at most two computers. You may move it to another computer if you stop using it on the old one.

Customers who bought before this version keep what they bought, including use on all their computers. Licences bought before subscriptions were introduced remain lifetime licences.

The lifetime licence is perpetual and includes all future updates of Easy Form Studio.

Your projects are yours. You may use everything you export (cutting lists, drawings, CNC files, labels, quotes, renders) commercially without limits.

You may not:

• share, resell or publish your licence key;
• circumvent the licence check;
• redistribute the Easy Form Studio add-on.

In case of misuse we first warn you by e-mail. If the misuse continues, we may deactivate the key. You can challenge this with a complaint (section 17) and use every remedy the law gives you.

Blender, on which the EasyFormStudio app is based, is free software under the GNU GPL. These terms do not limit the rights that licence gives you for Blender.

9. Delivery, functionality and compatibility

Delivery is digital and immediate after payment or the start of the trial. Your personal licence key (API key) is shown on the purchase page and sent to you by e-mail. You download the add-on and the app through direct links.

Compatibility. Easy Form Studio is available as:

• an add-on for Blender 4.2 or newer;
• the EasyFormStudio app for macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel) and Windows x64, which packages Blender together with the add-on.

The hardware requirements are those of Blender (blender.org). The licence check, updates, the AI assistant and web publishing need an internet connection.

Technical protection. The add-on checks the licence online at start-up and before exports. A subscription keeps working offline until the date our server last confirmed. A lifetime licence never blocks, even offline.

When a subscription ends (cancellation, a payment that still fails after 7 days, or withdrawal):

• the app still opens;
• your projects stay yours and import works;
• all exports are blocked until you renew: PDF, Excel, DXF, MPR and CIX, labels, price list, JSON export, offcuts, render and web publishing.

10. Updates and changes to the software

The add-on updates itself. Every plan includes all new versions while the licence is valid, and the lifetime licence includes all future updates of Easy Form Studio.

We provide security updates while the licence is valid. For a lifetime licence we provide them for as long as Easy Form Studio is developed and offered, and at least for as long as the law requires.

We change Easy Form Studio only for these reasons: security, changes in the law, compatibility with new versions of Blender and operating systems, and improving the software. A change costs you nothing extra, and we tell you about it clearly on a durable medium, such as e-mail.

If a change affects your use more than slightly negatively, you can terminate the contract free of charge within 30 days of the change or of our notice, whichever is later. We then refund the amount paid to the extent the law requires (Article 20 of the Croatian Act on Certain Aspects of Contracts for the Supply of Digital Content and Digital Services).

11. AI design assistant

The AI assistant is optional. You do not have to use it, and the add-on works the same without it.

Message quota:

• free trial: 10 messages;
• monthly subscription: 30 messages per month;
• yearly subscription and lifetime licence: 60 messages per month.

The assistant’s answers are suggestions. Check dimensions, hardware and prices yourself before production or quoting.

The assistant uses Anthropic’s Claude model through our server. The data sent and how we process it are described in the “AI assistant” section of the Privacy Policy.

12. Publishing projects on the web

Projects you publish from Easy Form Studio are uploaded to projects.easyformstudio.com. Anyone who has the link can view a published project.

You are responsible for what you publish. Publish only content you have the right to use and that does not break the law or infringe the rights of others, including their personal data.

A project stays published until you ask us to remove it. Report unlawful content to easyformstudio@gmail.com with the link and the reason. We may remove such content and will tell the owner of the project why.

13. Support

Support is available by e-mail at easyformstudio@gmail.com on working days. We usually reply within 2 working days. Video tutorials are on YouTube.

14. Invoices

We issue an invoice for every charge, but not for the free trial. We send it by e-mail, and it is also available in the Account panel. Invoices to private individuals are fiscalised under the Croatian Fiscalisation Act.

You agree to receive invoices electronically. We send a paper copy on request.

A company or sole trader from any country enters its name, country and address on the order page. One from Croatia also enters its OIB, and a company from another country may enter its VAT number or tax number. The invoice is issued to these details. How VAT is shown on the invoice depends on the buyer’s country and VAT number and follows the law.

Any receipts Stripe may send are not invoices.

15. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

As a consumer you can withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of its conclusion. For a subscription the period runs from the order (for a subscription with a free trial, that is the start of the trial), and for a lifetime licence from the purchase.

Subscription with a free trial. The trial lasts 14 days, as long as the withdrawal period. So withdrawing in time costs nothing, just like cancelling during the trial. When the trial turns into a paid subscription, no new withdrawal period starts, because you were told about this when you ordered. For this subscription you give no statement about the start of delivery on the order page.

Subscription without a free trial (a subscription that you, as an existing customer, buy again from the add-on, section 5). On the order page you tick a separate box to ask for the subscription to start immediately. If you withdraw within the 14 days, you pay a proportionate amount for the time until withdrawal, and we refund the rest (Articles 77 and 84(8) of the Consumer Protection Act).

Lifetime licence. We deliver the licence immediately only if you expressly ask for it and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You do this with a separate, unticked box on the order page, and we repeat your statement in the confirmation e-mail. Once the key has been delivered, you no longer have the right of withdrawal (Article 86(1), point 13, of the Consumer Protection Act). If you did not give that statement, you have the full 14 days to withdraw.

How to withdraw:

• with the online withdrawal function, or
• with a clear statement sent by e-mail to easyformstudio@gmail.com or by post to Krotovica 16, 10040 Zagreb, Croatia. You may use the model withdrawal form, but you do not have to.

We confirm receipt of your statement immediately by e-mail, with the date and time of receipt. You meet the deadline if you send your statement before the period ends. The instructions, the function and the form are also on the Withdrawal page.

Effects. We refund you within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method and without any fees for you. On withdrawal the licence is revoked and exports are blocked.

Cancelling a subscription (section 5) and withdrawing are not the same. Cancelling stops renewal from the end of the paid period; withdrawing within the 14 days ends the contract with a refund.

Business customers have no statutory right of withdrawal, so they give no statements about the start of delivery on the order page.

16. Conformity and liability

We are liable for the conformity of the digital content under the Croatian Act on Certain Aspects of Contracts for the Supply of Digital Content and Digital Services (NN 110/21). This liability cannot be excluded. If Easy Form Studio does not work as described in these terms and on the website, contact us. Under that act you can ask for the defect to be fixed, a price reduction or termination of the contract. Security updates are described in section 10.

We are liable for damage in accordance with the law.

Towards business customers our liability for damage is limited to the amount they paid us in the last 12 months, except for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

17. Complaints, out-of-court dispute resolution and applicable law

You can send a written complaint by post to Krotovica 16, 10040 Zagreb, Croatia, by e-mail to easyformstudio@gmail.com, or hand it in at the seller’s registered seat (Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act). We confirm receipt in writing without delay and reply within 15 days of receipt. We keep a record of complaints for one year.

If we cannot resolve a dispute, you can turn to the body for alternative resolution of consumer disputes: Centar za mirenje Hrvatske obrtničke komore (Mediation Centre of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts), Ilica 49/II, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, www.hok.hr/usluge-rjesavanja-sporova/centar-za-mirenje. We are willing to take part in proceedings before that body.

The contract is governed by Croatian law. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you habitually live.

For disputes with business customers, the competent court in Zagreb has jurisdiction. For consumers, the court is determined by law.

18. Free licences for education and non-profits

Schools, universities and registered non-profit organisations can get Easy Form Studio for free. Write to us at easyformstudio@gmail.com, and after a quick check we send you access. These terms apply to a free licence, except the provisions on payment.

19. Changes to these terms

We change these terms only for a valid reason: changes in the law, changes to Easy Form Studio, or changes to how buying and billing work. A new version applies to new contracts from the date shown at the top of the page. Price changes are covered by section 7, and changes to the software by section 10.

For running subscriptions we announce changes by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription free of charge before that date, and the previous version then continues to apply to you until the end of your paid period. If you do not cancel, the changes apply from the announced date.

Changes to these terms do not reduce what you bought with a lifetime licence.

Every version stays online with its date, and you also receive the version that applied to your purchase by e-mail.
