Easy Form Studio is the name of the product; the seller is CODEVO, a sole trader business (obrt). An obrt has no separate legal personality, so the contracting party is Ivan Babić as the sole trader.
Supplies are exempt from VAT under Article 90(1) of the Croatian VAT Act. Prices are final; no VAT is added.

Complaints
You can make a complaint in writing:
- by post to CODEVO, obrt za računalne i druge usluge, vl. Ivan Babić, Krotovica 16, 10040 Zagreb, Croatia;

- by handing it in at our registered office, at the same address.
To help us reply faster, give your name, the e-mail address you used to buy and a description of the problem. We confirm receipt of your complaint in writing without delay and send a written reply within 15 days of receiving it. We keep a record of complaints for one year.
