Which licence am I buying? Subscription or permanent?
You choose: a monthly (€19) or yearly (€149) subscription with a 14-day free trial, or a lifetime licence (€499, one-time payment). Every plan includes all features and all updates. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time inside the app and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Licences bought before subscriptions were introduced are lifetime licences and stay that way.
How does the free trial work?
You enter your card and get full access for 14 days. If you don't cancel, the trial becomes a paid subscription after 14 days: your card is charged (19 EUR per month or 149 EUR per year) and the subscription then renews automatically. Cancel before the trial ends in EFS → Account → Cancel subscription and nothing is charged. The trial applies to subscriptions bought on the website; a subscription you buy again from the add-on after the previous one has ended is charged immediately.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Inside Easy Form Studio: EFS tab → Account → Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of the paid period and receive a confirmation e-mail. You can also write to easyformstudio@gmail.com.
Can I withdraw from the purchase?
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. A subscription bought on the website has a 14-day free trial, as long as the withdrawal period, so withdrawing in time costs nothing. For a subscription without a free trial you pay only a proportionate amount until withdrawal. For the lifetime licence the right ends when the key is delivered, because you ask for immediate delivery when buying. Companies and sole traders have no statutory right of withdrawal. What happens when my subscription ends?
The application still opens and your projects stay yours. Only exports (PDF, Excel, DXF, labels, web publishing…) are disabled until you renew, which takes one click in the Account panel.
I lost my API key. What now?
Open the EFS API Key panel, enter the e-mail you bought with and press “Send me my key”. The licence is personal: one user on at most two computers. If you bought before 1 October 2026, your licence keeps the scope you bought.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes, in the Account panel inside the app. The change takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with no proration or credit, and we confirm it by e-mail. You can undo it until then. You can also upgrade to the lifetime licence there.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. We issue an invoice for every charge and send it by e-mail. The seller is CODEVO, obrt za računalne i druge usluge, vl. Ivan Babić, Zagreb, Croatia. Supplies are exempt from VAT under Article 90(1) of the Croatian VAT Act. A company or sole trader from any country enters its name, country and address when buying; one from Croatia also its OIB, and a company from another country its VAT number if it has one. The invoice is issued to these details.
What is included in the Easy Form Studio package?
Your purchase includes the Easy Form Studio add-on for Blender, designed to simplify and streamline your furniture design workflow. However, please note that third-party models such as ovens, fridges, sinks, and similar items are not included in the package.
